Terms Of Service
General Terms:
♥ Please provide a clear description of what you would like your model to look like (reference, pictures, character design etc)♥ I will send your model as well as the free pose picture via google drive♥ I reserve the right to decline your commission request at any time if I feel uncomfortable or feel as if I cannot complete it. (You will receive a full refund)♥ No refunds once I have started your commission unless the above reason♥ I will not tolerate any abuse which may result in me cancelling your order♥ If you would like to request your model to be done sooner or on a specific date you will have to pay 50% more of the original price♥ I do tend to stream myself making the models so if you would not like your model to be shown please tell me beforehand♥ Commercial usage is included in the price♥ If you violate any of the TOS you will be banned from commissioning me in the future
Process:
♥ You will send a clear reference, description or character design for me to use♥ I will take 50% of payment first and once the model has been completed you will send the remaining of the amount♥ I will update you if requested♥ Depending on complexity I will allow revisions♥ The time taken to finish the model will vary depending how complex you would want it to be♥ Once I have sent the finished Image over to you, you may make small changes such as colour♥ If the above has been approved you will receive your model as well as the free posed picture via google drive
Payment:
♥ All prices are in GBP
♥ Payment will be taken via PayPal, I will not accept any other form of payment
♥ You will receive an invoice via email for you to complete the payment
♥ 50% of the amount will be taken until I have finished your commission, you will then be required to send the full amount
♥ Strictly no refunds after the payment has been taken
By commissioning me, you have automatically agreed to the TOS
